i've seen this picture floating around various blogs in the past few days and feel obligated to make a comment. i'm not from seattle, have never visited seattle.
i do, however, feel for these dudes in losing their spot. i remember living in chicago when all the spots we used to shredd became of interest to the police or others that, for whatever reason, felt that we were somehow infringing on the rights of others or were a threat to national security. so those spots closed. i like shredding the ren cen here in detroit, but it seems that's becoming more and more difficult each time we ride it. certain parking lots, and intersections, have suddenly become mindful of out presence and made it difficult for us to enjoy ourselves. on the flip, there's something to be said about the new spot, that new location that's entirely foreign to you and holds the thrill of unexplored territory. i'm sure these cats have found it and exploited the fun that's held within. or if they haven't, i have faith that it's just around the corner waiting to be discovered. good luck.

It sucks that spot are taken away, but this one was just made sicker.
Hop over the rocks, trick on the bank, hop over the rocks. I skate too, and would love to go here...
