so i'm slowly, but surely, putting together a little night of trickery together for july 11th.
right now i'm working on some sponsors and contacted thus far are; cadence, fabric horse, cycle works here in clawson, and cycle smithy of beloved chicago.
if anyone is interested in helping me organize this, feel free to drop me a line. help is always appreciated.

as for location, i'm considering the river walk parking lot by the carousel with a rousing end at the motorcity brewery.

My Finger

Got jammed last night while Adam and myself were riding. My middle finger is a sausage finger, luckily not as bad as Andrews.
We were also privvied to an amazing display of drunkbroitude, as a car full of drunk bros heaved a 5 gallon water bottle literally FEET, in my direction-approximately 3 feet away, and missed. They then were chased for a short distance by myself (the fact they even ran is just ridiculous). And so it goes.

i saw my doctor today

and he said i was all set to start physical therapy.
i had my first run today and it went really well.

i have a new splint.

the gauze will be off tonight.
the physical therapist cut out all of the scabs under the skin.
and it looks like this.


no more scabs, no more gnarly splint.
