over at prolly is not probably, john commented on that sahtel article that covered some of those mash dudes. what you can read in the article, the little quote off to the side of the pages, that one kid with the cannondale basically disses on tricks. that kid in the video above. prolly called him out, i got a good chuckle.
but one thing that gets me is that i think the delicacy of the track bike have been lost in a lot of the tricks, i love all of it, but i think some people have totally lost just bombing. just a thought.

if you're curious about what really goes down with being a keirin racer then here is tomity, a 25 year keirin racer. there's a video to watch here where he explains his beginning, his best trial, his training, and life after cycling. keirin is one of two sports created by the japanese for the olympic games, judo is the other.

that seat post bugs the hell out of me

the new fuji track pro is coming. i'm surprised they still stick with the fsa crank set.
a great crank set none the less, but thought with the release of that shit box called the obey track they would step it up a little and bring something a little more rigid to the table. anyway, they new colors are kinda cool regardless.

i have tons of pictures to put up here and on my flickr but in the meantime, these few will have to suffice.
an idea of how this trip has gone, my first night was spent sleeping on a stoop...really.
but its all good, we're staying with this kid named mitch. that kid is flipping fantastic.
ryan, i've been looking for scraper bikes but the only ones i see are flying by me by homeboys with big ass pennants.
i did have a couple dudes on a corner in oakland tell me that my bike would make a, "retarded scraper bike."
i haven't run into any mash dudes, but a couple dudes that say mash.
i'm getting tattooed tomorrow in oakland.
