one mo'e 'gain
gene spicer over at spicer made this custom gorilla frame for this guy named connor. he asked for clearance for bar spins so gene raised the down tube instead of curving it and added a gusset for reenforcement. he said that the brooklyn machine works gangsta track fork is unnecessary but gives a little to the aesthetics. toe overlap has been eliminated ten fold it appears and the front wheel, due to all that clearance, looks like a plain ol' 650. intriguing.

more bar spinzzz
apparently the guys at tracko asked an italian frame builder to make a track frame capable of bars spins. this is the end result.
its interesting to say the least, not sure how i feel about the curving downtube. i was just talking to mike vorel about the wave of bmx into street track riding. i love my tricks, seriously, but the one thing that bmx can't have on fixed gear is the skids. we can put 28c tires on the prevent a pop, a longer fork for bar spins, and a chain ring guard for grinds and we'll still be riding an over-sized bmx bike. i think some of the delicacy of the track bike is lost in doing things like putting 28c tires on. do what you gotta go, no doubt.

bar spinzzz
apparently a couple street track bikes coming out in the near future are capable of bar spins with 700c wheels?
some others on the list are brooklyn machine works, ocean pacifix, and a couple others with a rumor that waterford may get in the game too.
thanks tracko.
